Having owned her own cat Chanel for over 16 years, she has depth understanding of their characteristics and appreciates the unconditional love and companionship they can bring to your life. She comes from a Hospitality Management background with over 15 years’ experience in customer service and creating memorable experiences for people. An-li then decided to combine her passion for animals and people, having a great belief that owning a pet can be extremely rewarding, she has a great focus on creating a safe space for pets and their owners.
