Hi, I’m Melissa, and I’m a lifelong cat lover! Taking care of cats brings me so much joy and comfort—whether it’s spending time with my own feline friends or helping others care for theirs, I’m always happiest when surrounded by these incredible creatures.

I’ve had cats since I was a young girl, and my passion for animal care has only grown over the years. I’m currently studying for a Certificate III in Animal Services at TAFE, which is helping me build the knowledge and skills to provide the best possible care. Once I complete my studies, I plan to pursue vet nursing to further develop my expertise in the animal care industry.

Hi, I’m An-li! I’ve always had a deep connection and love for animals. I shared 16 wonderful years with my beloved cat Chanel, which gave me a true understanding of feline personalities and an appreciation for the unconditional love and companionship they bring to our lives.

With over 15 years of experience in hospitality management, I’ve developed a passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for people. Combining my love for animals and people, I’m dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming space for both pets and their owners. I truly believe in the rewards of pet ownership and strive to make every cat’s stay at the resort as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
